5G mobile service has been officially launched in India. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 5G mobile service at the Indian Mobile Congress 2022 held in Delhi.

Along with this, the way of ultra high speed internet has been opened. 5G service has started in 8 cities of India including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Varanasi. The goal is to expand across the country by next year.

In the program, Airtel Chairman Sunil Mittal informed about the launch of 5G service of his company. He has also claimed to provide this service nationwide by 2024.

Reliance Group Chairman Mukesh Ambani has said that India is late in launching 5G services.

His son Akash Ambani is the head of Reliance Jio and Reliance Jio has not said when it will launch 5G service.

But Mukesh Ambani claimed to start 5G service in every corner of the country by 2023. This means that Reliance’s 5G service can reach more people before Airtel, according to Indian media.
