As soon as you see Ajang’s Wewarise building standing on the left side of Radheradhe Chowk in Bhaktapur, the question that arises in everyone’s mind is, ‘Who owns such a big building?’ Why is it kept in the hand?’ etc. This building under construction, next to Bhatbhateni supermarket, has been standing for years, but the ‘finishing’ has not been done yet.
The construction company of the said building is Shubhashree Jagdamba Lapar Pvt Ltd, a sister company of Saurabh Group. The name of this huge building is ‘Neupane Towers’, which has received construction approval from the Valley Development Authority as a residential apartment.
Shubhashree Jagdamba Developers got approval from the authority for the construction of apartments in Madhyapur Thimi Municipality of Bhaktapur for 13 floors. However, after the addition was made to 17 floors, the authority asked for clarification. As a result, the building, which only took shape, could not achieve perfection.
Although the approval for the construction of 13 floors was obtained from the authority, the Pradhiranar raised questions when the construction of the commercial complex was started by adding 5 floors at the end.
