Indian businessman and Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra has been released on bail. According to Indian media ANI, Raj was granted bail by a Mumbai court two months after his arrest.
Raj, who was arrested on charges of shooting and broadcasting pornographic videos, has been granted bail of Rs 50,000, according to ANI.
Last Thursday, the Mumbai police had filed a 1,400-page indictment against Raj before the court. Raj said on Saturday that the investigation was over and the indictment had been submitted and appealed for bail.

According to ANI, in his bail appeal, he has mentioned that there was a conspiracy against him and there was no evidence that he had made a pornographic film.

Raj was arrested on July 19. He had been saying from the beginning that he had been falsely accused. Earlier, he had appealed for bail several times but was rejected by the court.

But in the police indictment, Raj has been called the ‘mastermind’ of making pornographic films. He is accused of playing pornographic videos by tempting young women who are struggling in the film world. He is also accused of broadcasting videos made by him through various apps and websites.
